Shipping
Your order is prepared within 2–4 business days and then shipped straight from Texas to your doorstep.
Expect 7 to 25 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Yes, it’s not instant but quality takes its time.
🚚 Shipping method choice
The customer is fully responsible for the shipping method selected at the time of purchase (standard or express).
Customs fees (Outside the USA)
Jewelry ships straight from Texas (and smells like gunpowder).
If you’re outside the USA, customs fees and VAT may apply upon arrival. Usually it’s reasonable, and these fees are automatically handled by the carrier once the package is scanned in your country.
I don’t control these fees—they’re set by customs and depend on the declared value.
I make sure not to overdeclare so you’re not screwed, but I cannot cover them.
Basically: your jewelry will arrive as promised, but expect a small extra cost. (And remember you’re holding a real piece of Texas in your hands.)
Customs fees and VAT are non-refundable and do not justify canceling your order.
📦 Package marked as "delivered" but not received
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Rusty Outlaw Jewelry cannot be held responsible.
If your package is marked as delivered but is missing:
You must file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, La Poste, etc.)
Rusty Outlaw Jewelry cannot be held liable for theft or loss after confirmed delivery
👉 As a commercial gesture only, and depending on the situation, a store credit or promo code may be offered.
No automatic refund can be demanded in this case.
Return
Not feeling it? No problem. You have 14 days to return your jewelry in its original condition, unworn (because jewelry is meant to shine, not end up in crash-test mode).

Refunds are issued upon receipt of the item. Return shipping costs are fully the customer’s responsibility.
Initial shipping costs and any customs fees are non-refundable.
I’m not Amazon Prime please avoid impulsive purchases if you’re not 100% sure.
⚠️ No returns should be sent without prior contact by email.
Repairs
Sometimes life is rock’n’roll. I offer free repairs within the first month but only if it’s due to a manufacturing defect.
If you caught it while playing Lara Croft… well, that’s on you.
